Your utilization of the YRide Driver mobile application and associated services constitutes your acknowledgment and adherence to these Terms. Should you find yourself in disagreement with these Terms, we respectfully request that you refrain from using our services.
Definitions
"Ride-Sharing App" refers to the YRide Driver mobile application and platform provided by YRide Technologies, Inc. enabling driver partners to offer transportation services to the riders.
"Driver or Driver Partner" refers to an individual who offers transportation services to riders using the Ride-Sharing App.
"Rider" refers to an individual who uses our YRide Ride-Hailing App to request for transportation services from driver partners.
Driver's Responsibilities
Driver Eligibility: You must meet all legal requirements to operate a vehicle and provide transportation services in your jurisdiction. You must have prior experience with any ride sharing services.
Vehicle Requirements: Your vehicle must meet the minimum standards set by YRide and comply with all local regulations.
Safety and Behavior: You agree to drive safely, follow all the traffic laws, and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with the riders.
Rider Privacy: You must respect rider privacy and not share personal information with third parties.
Accepting and Completing Rides
Acceptance: You have the option to accept or decline ride requests.
Completion: You are responsible for completing accepted rides in a timely and safe manner.
Earnings, Payment and Taxes
Earnings: Your own 100% of the fares collected from the riders. YRide does not retains a percentage as a service fee.
Payment Collection: You are solely responsible to collect fare for the ride from the rider in your preferred mode of payment. YRide has no bearing to collect fare on your behalf.
Taxes: You are liable to pay relevant taxes to the government as required. YRide has no bearing to pay any taxes on your behalf.
Ratings and Reviews
Feedback: Riders can provide ratings and reviews for your services. Consistently low ratings or reports of misconduct may lead to account suspension.
Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection
Maintenance: You are responsible for maintaining your vehicle in safe and operational condition.
Inspection: YRide Technologies, Inc. may require periodic vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
Insurance
Insurance Coverage: You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate insurance coverage for providing transportation services.
Termination
Termination: YRide Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Ride-Sharing App for violations of any of these Terms.
Modifications to Terms
Changes: YRide Technologies, Inc. may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Ride-Sharing App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California, USA.
